Delivery Service

• We offer FREE delivery to main residential and commercial area in all Hong Kong for retail purchase over $500, wholesale over $1500 
• For purchases below $500, we charge $100 for delivery.
• We also ship to residents in remote areas and outlying islands by Hong Kong Post Local Courier Service, postage will be billed to customers separately and be paid by cheque or bank transfer via mail.
• Goods will be delivered within 7 days upon confirmation of orders. We will confirm delivery schedule and time by phone.
• In case of absence of recipients, goods will be return to Organic Home and a second delivery charge by cash has to be made upon second delivery.

Return Policy

Please check all goods immediately upon arrival. In case of shipping error and product defects, customers should report to Organic Home with 3 days upon receiving goods. Organic Home will exchange the goods at NO EXTRA cost during that period.

Typhoons and Holidays

In case of Typhoon No. 8 or rain storms, delivery will be postponed, and we will contact customers by phone for another delivery schedule.
No deliveries on Public Holidays.
